At Spartel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we're here to help.


Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.


Exchanges

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where available, we will offer a replacement or exchange. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • The product arrived damaged.
  • The product is defective.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow the return process.
