Where do you ship?
We ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping availability and delivery times are displayed during checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times are provided during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
Do I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
Most orders do not incur additional fees. If your package is subject to customs inspection, you may be required to cover any applicable import duties.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express) along with Japanese local payment methods including PayPay and Konbini, based on availability at checkout.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we begin processing and shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.
My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at assistenza.spartel@gmail.com with your order number. We're happy to assist you.
🔹 RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be in original packaging and unused condition. See our full policy here.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we verify the returned product and approve the request.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes due to the automated production workflow.
